Tonner Precision Services, Inc. Warranty Guidelines

  1. All new products purchased directly from Tonner Precision Services, Inc. (TPS) carry a limited factory warranty for one planting season following the date of purchase as follows:
    1. TPS warrants new products installed by TPS will be (i) free from defects in workmanship and materials, (ii) manufactured, delivered and installed in compliance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws, and (iii) will conform in all respects to the product specifications under normal use and conditions. This warranty also applies if the installation is completed by the customer to the standards of TPS and after said completed installation is fully approved by TPS.
    2. This Warranty applies to TPS products under normal use and conditions, but does not apply to damages or product malfunctions due to error, neglect, incorrect application, installation, modification, or intentional or unintentional damage to the products by the user thereof or for normal and usual maintenance therefor. This Warranty does not apply further to any TPS products damaged by natural causes including, but not limited to, flood, wind, fire, lightning, water, extreme temperature, or animal damage.
    3. Products covered by this Warranty will be repaired by TPS at no charge provided the damaged products are returned to TPS. This Warranty does not cover shipping, transportation and handling charges for the return of said products to TPS. TPS reserves the right to charge for any necessary repairs which are not covered by this Warranty.
    4. Modifications or additions to the Warranty obligations herein will become binding only following the execution of a written amendment executed by both TPS and the customer. Unless TPS and the customer otherwise agree, all claims filed in connection with this Warranty are subject to and governed by the Warranty as set forth herein.

2. TPS will at all times work with customer in an attempt to achieve quality performance based upon realistic expectations. Customer must notify TPS of any products not meeting expectations within thirty (30) days of completion of spring planting following the purchase of the products covered by this Warranty TPS is to make covered repairs as set forth herein.
